US antimony prices hold as Europe’s slip

U.S. antimony prices have held firm while European prices have slid slightly amid thin volumes and uncertainty among Chinese suppliers.

One U.S. trader said prices remained at about $5,600 per tonne, f.o.b. warehouse in Baltimore, and ranged up to $5,700, delivered, depending on lot sizes and delivery points. Demand was light. "We're not booking that much new business," he said.....
