CMC in accord to buy German fabrication mill

Commercial Metals Co. (CMC), Irving, Texas, has reached an agreement to buy a steel fabrication business in eastern Germany.
The acquisition of the fabrication unit of Bruhler Stahlhandel GmbH, Bruhl, Germany, is expected to be completed by the end of the year. CMC didn't disclose the financial terms of the cash deal.....
