CMC in accord to buy German fabrication plant

Commercial Metals Co., Irving, Texas, has reached an agreement to acquire a steel fabrication business in eastern Germany.
CMC agreed to purchase the fabrication unit of Bruhler Stahlhandel GmbH, Bruhl, Germany, located in Rosslau/Saxony-Anhalt, is expected to close by the end of the year. CMC didn't disclose the financial terms of the cash deal.....
