Indium spot prices flat; contract business healthy

Indium spot prices remained stalled between $720 and $760 per kilogram amid scant spot volume as contract demand stayed strong.
One U.S. trader said customers are taking monthly allotments but spot activity is nearly non-existent. "People are taking contacted volumes, but no one is looking for extra material," he said. Contract activity for 2007 was healthy, he reported. "That business is strong. People are booking material for next year."....
