Schmolz plans to launch new warehouse in S. Carolina

Schmolz + Bickenbach AG, Emmenbrücke, Switzerland, is changing the name of its U.S. distribution unit from Swiss Steel International NA to Schmolz+Bickenbach USA Inc. and opening a new distribution facility in Greer, S.C.
The new renaming follows by a year a switch of the Carol Stream, Ill.,-based unit from ThyssenKrupp Specialty Steels NA Inc. following the acquisition of Edelstahl Witten-Krefeld GmbH by then Germany-based company Schmolz+Bickenbach.....
