Louisiana is prepared to consider incentive packages aimed at luring ThyssenKrupp AG's proposed $3-billion-plus steel plant to the state.
Düsseldorf, Germany,-based ThyssenKrupp plans to build a combination carbon and stainless steel production facility somewhere in the southern United States to help it gain a foothold with automobile manufacturers who have operations in the region. ThyssenKrupp is considering sites in Alabama....
