FTA talks between US, S. Korea break down

The troubled free-trade agreement (FTA) negotiations between the United States and South Korea broke down recently at a meeting in Montana.
The Korean delegation wanted to negotiate changes to U.S. trade laws, including anti-dumping laws, something the United States has been unwilling to do in the context of any FTA since the North American Free Trade Agreement.
"We've consistently refused to negotiate trade laws. It shouldn't be a surprise to them," Alan Price, partner with Washington law firm Wiley Rein & Fielding LLP, said.....
