Cadmium prices rise as supplies dwindle

Cadmium prices have firmed further as supplies tighten amid continued strong demand, sources said this week.

One trader said he was seeing prices in the range of $1.75 to $1.85 per pound for 99.95-percent material, with demand coming mainly from China as material becomes less available. "Supply is tight," he said.....
