FeMet accepting scholarship applications

Applications for the third year of Ferrous Metallurgy Education Today (FeMet) scholarships are being accepted through March 2, the American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI), Washington, and the Association for Iron and Steel Technology (AIST), Pittsburgh, said.
FeMet seeks to encourage more students to choose metallurgy or materials science as their field of study; recruit more such graduates into the steel industry; and increase the number of professors in North American universities knowledgeable about steel.....
