Quanex unit in deal to buy Atmosphere Annealing

Quanex Corp., Houston, has agreed to buy the Atmosphere Annealing Inc. subsidiary of Maxco Inc., Grand Ledge, Mich.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Quanex, which makes steel and aluminum components for automotive and building products markets, said the purchase of Atmosphere Annealing by its Quanex Technologies Inc. subsidiary is expected to close around Feb. 1.....
