Alcan set to unveil site for AP50 plant

Alcan Inc. appears set to announce the location of a pilot plant using its new AP50 smelter technology, the successor to the existing AP35 technology.
Alcan is gathering journalists at its Montreal headquarters early Thursday to fly them to its Janquire site in Saguenay, Quebec, for a hastily convened press conference at which the company is expected....
