An accident at Steel Dynamics Inc.'s Structural and Rail division plant in Columbia City, Ind., claimed the life of a 41-year-old employee Thursday morning. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
James K. Hall was killed while loading wide-flange beams onto a rail car for shipment. The Indiana Occupational Safety and Health Administration, a division of the Department of Labor, is scheduled to visit the facility....
