Pine Valley seeking new owner

Pine Valley Mining Corp., Vancouver, British Columbia, is in the process of finding a new owner.
Robert Bell, Pine Valley's president and chief executive officer, said his metallurgical coal company's progression through a filing with Canada's Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA), similar to a Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization filing in the United States.
"We've had a lot of interest in the company, and we're confident we'll be able to complete the merger and acquisition process," Bell said.....
