Harris Steel Group Inc., Toronto, has agreed to purchase the wire and mesh manufacturing business and assets of LEC Steel Inc., Brantford, Ontario.
Earlier this month, Harris Steel said it was in talks on a possible sale of the company (AMM, Dec. 11).....
