The battle for the right to market Xstrata Plc's nickel and cobalt continues with no clear winner in sight, sources said this week.
The decision, once considered a slam-dunk for Glencore International AG, is now long overdue, as Xstrata managers weigh loyalty to its largest shareholder against the cost savings it might achieve by using the marketing resources of recently acquired Falconbridge Ltd.....
