Ford to sell parts plants in Michigan, Mexico

Ford Motor Co., Dearborn, Mich., said it has agreed to sell automotive part manufacturing facilities in Milan, Mich., and El Jarudo, Mexico, to Flex-N-Gate Corp., Urbana, Ill., and Cooper Standard Automotive Inc., Novi, Mich.
The plants had recently been part of Ford's Automotive Components Holdings LLC unit, which reclaimed possession of the operations late last year from Visteon Corp., Van Buren Township, Mich. Visteon had been Ford's parts....
