Natural Resource Partners buying met coal reserves in West Virginia

Natural Resource Partners LP, Houston, is buying coal reserves from Dingess-Rum Properties Inc., Charleston, W.Va., which contain metallurgical-grade material.

Natural Resource Partners will acquire approximately 92 million tons of coal and 33,700 acres of surface and timber from Dingess-Rum in exchange for 2.4 million common shares of Natural Resource Partners.....
