Groups turn to feds to bait line that will lure e-cycling efforts

Four trade groups in the waste and recycling fields have called on the federal government to create incentives for electronics recycling and re-use.
"With sufficient infrastructure, nearly all discarded electronic products could be technically and economically recyclable," according to a joint press release by the National Solid Wastes Management Association (NSWMA), the Solid Waste Association of North America, the Integrated....
