USTR seeking public comment on stainless margins vs. Mexico

The U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) is seeking public comment on anti-dumping duty orders against stainless steel sheet and strip imports from Mexico, it said Wednesday.

On Oct. 26, the World Trade Organization (WTO) established, at Mexico's request, a panel to look into how the duties were calculated, particularly the practice of "zeroing" in investigations....
