OMG earnings skid on weaker cobalt prices

Cobalt refiner OM Group Inc., Cleveland, released unaudited financial statements for the first quarter of 2005 Thursday after a delay caused by an investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company said it expects to have all its filings up to date by the end of the third quarter, and current plans call for the company's 2004 10-K form to be filed later this summer.....
