Servimetal buys stainless products supplier

Metal products processor Servimetal Inc., Caguas, Puerto Rico, has purchased Perry Products of Puerto Rico Inc., said to be the island's largest supplier of stainless steel tubular and long products.
Executives said the purchase would provide Perry, founded in 1965, with financial backing for future growth. Both companies plan to continue to operate with their established trade names, they added.....
