GM sticks with bankrupt Tower as settlement is filed with court

General Motors Corp., Detroit, has agreed to continue purchasing components for several auto models from Tower Automotive Inc. as the supplier struggles to emerge from bankruptcy court protection.The agreement was filed last week in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in New York but was kept under court seal at GM's request. The agreement contains specific confidential pricing and other information that wasn't disclosed, according to papers filed....
