Texas company wins contract to dismantle Ghost Fleet ships

International Shipbreaking Ltd. has won an $800,000 contract to take apart two of the aged vessels from the U.S. "Ghost Fleet."

The Brownsville, Texas, yard will dismantle the Albert J. Meyer and the Neptune, two former cable ships built at the end of World War II.....
