Alberta-Illinois pipeline expansion draws growing support Enbridge

Enbridge Inc. is receiving strong support from the oil industry to build an $895-million expansion of its main pipeline from Alberta to Illinois.
The Calgary-based company said the expansion would add 400,000 barrels per day to its system as early as 2009. Last year, the company shipped an average of 1 million barrels of Canadian crude oil a day to the United....
