Neenah Foundry Co., Neenah, Wis., and its indirect parent company, ACP Holding Co., have engaged Citigroup Global Markets Inc. to help find potential purchasers.
Executives of Neenah, an iron casting and steel forging manufacturer, said the investment banker would explore the potential sale or merger of the foundry....
