Lower shipments of ferrous scrap in the second quarter took a toll on Industrial Services of America Inc.'s bottom line.Revenues of $33.4 million were down just 1.9 percent from $34.1 million in the second quarter of 2004, but net income sagged 41.8 percent to $211,679 from $363,693 in the same comparison, the Louisville, Ky.,-based scrap processor and waste handler....
