Three Salt Lake City workers who sold municipal scrap get jobs back

Three Salt Lake City employees, fired for pocketing the money gained from selling unusable city equipment as scrap metal, have been rehired.
A union representative told reporters that the city erred in firing the men, but city officials maintained their actions were proper and that the decision to rehire them resulted from a negotiated agreement with the union. The three men were not charged....
