Europe exporters opt to wait and see on sales

With a lack of ferrous scrap available for export and more buyers said to be entering the market, European scrap exporters continue to hold out for higher prices.
Despite a resumption of interest from Turkish scrap buyers, European exporters said they are reluctant to sell what little they have on the ground and are waiting for price indications from domestic monthly scrap price negotiations in Europe.....
