Explosion kills Ind. salvage worker collecting scrap at abandoned plant

A Seymour, Ind., salvage worker was killed Monday night when the torch he was using to recover scrap set off an explosion.

Marion County Police said John Phillips, 41, was killed in an explosion that sent a fireball into the sky and rattled windows in nearby....
