China Minmetals Corp. is considering forming nickel and iron ore joint ventures in Latin America, according to reports.
The state-owned trading giant is interested in expanding its existing iron ore purchasing relationship with Cia. Vale do Rio Doce (CVRD). "We have suggested a new cooperation opportunity....
