Draft law to cut scrap export duty fails to pass Ukraine's parliament

Ukraine's parliament has rejected a draft law aimed at gradually lowering the 30 euro ($37.50) export duty on steel scrap to 18 euros ($22.50) per tonne.Only 83 deputies voted for the draft law, well below the 226 votes required for it to pass, according to a report from metalinfo.ru news portal.....
