Jaco agrees not to file suit over recycling patent fight, Arca says

Appliance Recycling Centers of America Inc. (Arca) said Tuesday that Jaco Environmental Inc. has agreed not to sue Arca or any of its customers for allegedly violating a Jaco recycling patent that Arca claims was fraudulently obtained.
Minneapolis, Minn.,-based Arca said in statement issued late Monday that it had received a legally binding document from Jaco containing the agreement. A formal court document incorporating the terms of the Jaco commitment is being negotiated and should be finalized within the next month, the company said.....
