Gibraltar acquires p/m product plant in China

Metals processor Gibraltar Industries Inc., Buffalo, N.Y., has purchased a manufacturing facility near Shanghai, China, that produces copper and copper alloy-based powder metal products.
No terms were disclosed for the acquisition, which will be operated as part of Gibraltar's SCM Metal Products unit. Gibraltar acquired SCM, described as North America's second-largest maker of copper powder products and one of the three or four largest in the world, in June last year.....
