EPA cites Trialco for violations of air rules at aluminum smelter

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's regional office in Chicago has filed an administrative complaint against Trialco Inc. for alleged clean-air violations at the company's aluminum recovery plant in Chicago Heights, Ill.The EPA said in a statement it has proposed a $165,746 penalty for the alleged violations.....
