Spanish ferrous scrap set to fall

Spanish mini-mills are pushing for a cut of 20 euros ($23.80) per tonne for all grades of ferrous scrap in October, although traders said they believe prices might decline even further.
Strong demand and steady consumption in Spain won't be enough to prop up faltering world demand, particularly in Turkey, China and India, according to one trader in northern Spain. He said he believes the 20-euro-a-tonne....
