Consultant hired to help yard live with neighbors at Portsmouth dock

Grimmel Industries and the New Hampshire agency that manages the Portsmouth, N.H., docks are working to ease local residents' complaints about the scrap processor's export yard, but not all its critics are satisfied with the effort.
According to published reports, the Pease Development Authority (PDA) recently hired Stonehill Environmental Inc., a local consultant, to work with Grimmel to minimize problems related to scrap metal dust and damage.....
