Trading in C-Com scrap contract loses steam

Trading volumes for the world's first scrap futures contract have fallen sharply after a strong opening, with many traders staying away from the market.
After attracting 14,945 lots Oct. 11, its first day of trading, volumes for the Central Japan Commodity Exchange (C-Com) ferrous scrap contract fell to 3,875 lots Wednesday, 2,183 lots Thursday and 3,265 lots Friday.....
