Hugo Neu-Sims marriage put off a month by split with Schnitzer

The merger between Sims Group Ltd., Sydney, Australia, and New York-based Hugo Neu Corp. is scheduled for a final court hearing Thursday in Sydney, with the tie-up on track to be completed by Oct. 30.
The combination was to have been finalized by the end of September, but was delayed by the pace of separating Neu from its joint-venture operations with Schnitzer Steel Industries Inc.....
