Aldoga project delayed 6 months

Plans for a 420,000-tonne-per-year aluminum smelter in Australia have been shelved for a further six months, according to Aldoga Aluminium Smelter Pty. Ltd., but local government sources suggest the project may never get off the ground."The project has been delayed for six months while we concentrate on (gaining access to) bauxite," said an executive at Aldoga's headquarters in Brisbane, Queensland. The company also is examining options for an alumina refinery.....
