The United States has requested formal World Trade Organization (WTO) talks with China, which it accuses of disrupting U.S. markets with shipments of certain circular welded non-alloy steel pipe.
The talks, potentially the first step in formal dispute hearings, follow an investigation by the U.S. International Trade Commission. The ITC recently voted 4-2 that the imports increased in such volumes-totaling....
