New Universal contract ends Titusville strike

Striking workers at Universal Stainless & Alloy Products Inc.'s plant in Titusville, Pa., have agreed to a new five-year contract.

The plant was expected to be back in "full production mode" Monday, Universal's president and chief executive officer, Clarence "Mac" McAninch, said in a statement.....
