Itec gets $2.5M state loan guarantee

The recycling division of California's Conservation Department has issued a $2.5-million conditional loan guarantee commitment to plastic bottle recycler Itec Environmental Group Inc.
The amount represents nearly 90 percent of the first loan guarantees granted and 40 percent of the total available from the state fund, the Riverbank, Calif.,-based company said....
