Two men charged in series of ELG scrap thefts

Two men have been charged in connection with a series of thefts from an ELG Metals Inc. scrapyard in McKeesport, Pa.

Leonard Miles, 36, of Port Vue, Pa., and Kenneth Kemerer, 41, of Jeannette, Pa., are suspected of having stolen thousands of dollars worth of scrap metals from the yard during the past year. The pair face charges of criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy.....
