Mueller implements energy adder

Mueller Industries Inc. plans to implement an energy surcharge on all shipments beginning Nov. 1.

The Memphis, Tenn.,-based company said the surcharge will apply to contract and non-contract business. The surcharge will be determined at the beginning of each month based on the prior month-end settlement price for natural gas on the New York Mercantile Exchange.....
