Schnitzer completes Regional Recycling buy

Schnitzer Steel Industries Inc. has completed the acquisition of Regional Recycling LLC, an Atlanta-based scrap processor with a chain of 10 yards in Georgia and Alabama.
Schnitzer announced plans to buy Regional Recycling in September for $65.5 million in cash, along with the assumption of certain liabilities (AMM, Sept. 8).....
