CMA makes triple play with Riverside deal

Australia's CMA Corp. Ltd. has agreed to acquire Sydney-based scrap dealer and ingot producer Riverside Metal Industries Pty Ltd., building on two acquisitions made in September.
A relative newcomer to the Australian scrap industry, CMA will pay Australian $5.5 million ($4 million) for privately owned Riverside through the issue of 3.9 million shares and A$2.5 million ($1.8 million) in cash, CMA announced Monday.
