EU presses China to change coke export rules

China is required to change its coke export license system by the end of this year to avoid breaching World Trade Organization (WTO) rules, according to Peter Mandelson, the European Union trade commissioner.A failure to change the system to a "non-restrictive" export mechanism would result in the EU considering filing a complaint with the WTO, according to a steel industry source familiar with continuing negotiations.....
