Suit over worker death at CitiSteel plant settled

A Pennsylvania company has agreed to pay $11 million to settle a lawsuit tied to the death of a worker at CitiSteel USA Inc.'s Claymont, Del., plant.

Robert Mongeluzzi, of the Philadelphia law firm Saltz Mongeluzzi Barrett & Bendesky, said his clients settled the lawsuit with Envirosource Management Corp. over the Feb. 14, 2003, death of Anthony Fuhr. The company has since merged into its parent company, International Mill Service Inc. (IMS), Horsham, Pa.....
