Avtron contracted to supply drives for mills in China

Avtron Manufacturing Inc., Cleveland, said it recently received contracts to supply the digital drives for two new hot-strip mills in China. The contracts have a combined value of more than $1 million.
The first is for a 1,250-millimeter-wide hot-strip mill at Yayiliancheng Steel, Tang Shan City, Hebei province. The second, also for a 1,250-mm-wide hot-strip mill, will be installed at DeLong Steel in....
