Frontera's deeper losses tied to mine growth

Frontera Copper Corp., whose principal asset is the Piedras Verdes Mine in Sonora, Mexico, reported deeper losses for the third quarter and nine-month period, citing costs affiliated with developing the mine.

The company posted a third-quarter net loss of nearly $1.78 million vs. a net loss of $234,420 during the same period last year, while the nine-month net loss grew to $2.74 million from $957,038 a year earlier.....
